The agreement

Browsing this site creates no agreement, account, or obligation. Use of the MailOps service itself is governed by the service agreement and Data Processing Agreement executed for your account.

Acceptable use

MailOps is a transactional and permission-based mail relay. Sending unsolicited bulk mail, phishing, or malware through the service is prohibited and results in suspension. You are responsible for the lawfulness of your recipient lists and for honoring opt-outs; the suppression tooling exists to help you do exactly that.

Intellectual property

The text, images, and code on this site are the property of MailOps; the MailOps name and marks are its trademarks.

No warranties

This site is provided as-is, with no warranties of any kind, express or implied. Service levels for the MailOps platform are defined in your service agreement.

Changes

These terms may change; the current version is always posted on this page. Material changes are announced to account holders by email. Questions: legal@mailops.eu.
